Which Eyesight Exercises are Available on the Market Today   If you are looking for some eyesight exercises to try in order to achieve vision correction, then you should look no further than the Pinhole Glasses Exercise method and the Bates Exercise Method. Testimonials of those who have used these exercise methods have been overwhelmingly positive. If you have a busy agenda, then the Pinhole Glasses exercise method may be the most suitable for you. This is because this exercise consists of simply wearing the glasses, for a minimum of fifteen minutes per day and they then miraculously do the rest of the work. Pinhole Glasses are made of an opaque material such as metal or plastic and have a series of pinhole perforations. These perforations allow the elimination of the scattering of light on the retina, which in turn reduces eye strain that can tire the eye muscles. Pinhole glasses also cut out peripheral vision. The aim of the glasses is to eliminate eye activities which tire the muscles and hence enable the eyes to heal. In fact those that have used pinhole glasses have said that they can also help eye fatigue due to computer glare. There are…

The Benefits of Magnets for the Human Body   The power of magnets has been long used with success for treating different ailments. Along the years, more and more people have been cured of their diseases and have become more active and energetic after using the magnetic therapy on their bodies. Indeed, the magnets seem to have great effects upon human bodies. The most important effects which the magnets exercise upon the human body are those relating to treating or alleviating the symptoms of one or more diseases from which a patient suffers. Thus, many people who had to deal with increased or lowered blood pressure, with heart diseases or other internal problems, skin conditions and joint pains have recovered, some say miraculously after using this treatment method. Yet, the magnetic therapy should not be regarded as only suitable for those members of the family who experience health problems. Dangerous Penis Enlargement Programs To Avoid   There are a lot of scams out there that disguise themselves as penis enlargement programs. Their actual results range from ineffective to dangerous. Some are known to have caused serious injury. Why a lot of people fall for these scams are understandable. After all, they are feeding on the insecurity and misfortune of a lot of men out there (and believe you me, a lot of men are simply unsatisfied, if not devastated with their current size). This article compiles a list of potentially dangerous or simply “questionable” penis enlargement programs you should stay away from at all cost. Penis enlargement pumps Penis enlargement pumps are suction devices that are fitted over the penis. When activated, the pump creates a vacuum around the penis and this pressure causes blood to rush to the penis, making it engorged, enabling an erection. These vacuum pumps have been used to help men who are dealing with erectile dysfunction. However, these vacuum pumps are very easy to misuse. If used too vigorously, the pressure created around the penis could potentially cause vascular damage. It is also possible for the penis to be sucked in or pulled in…

Cure Hemorrhoids Without Hemorrhoid Surgery: Get Rid Of Piles Now by Janet Pfeiffer Best-Selling Author of Hemorrhoids Saviour   I have often read that the best way to cure hemorrhoids is surgery. This is frequently suggested by medical practitioners and laypeople alike as the most effective way to get rid of this ailment. Yet I wonder: On what basis is this advice given? Certainly not research. I have studied this disease and other digestive disorders for more than 20 years and while it’s true that surgery can bring relief for most types of this disorder – bleeding, internal and external hemorrhoids – it is not without it’s own possible side-effects. And it is not without pain. A hemorrhoidectomy can be an extremely painful operation. You will need pain-killers and time off work to recover. It can be a month or two before things begin to feel “normal” again. Unfortunately, surgery is not always 100% successful – I have consulted with many sufferers of this ailment who have had multiple operations, and have not been cured. The important factor most doctors and surgeons neglect to tell sufferers is that surgery is not a cure, as such – it is removing the…

Discover How The Foods You Eat Affect Your Performance In Bed! By Edward White   What you eat at the dinner table has a massive effect on how well you perform in the sack – and that’s a fact. The length of your performance, the quality of your sexual technique and even the strength and reliability of your erections are all, to some degree or another, controlled by the foods you eat on a daily basis. I know – that’s a bold statement. But think of the relationship between your food and your sexual performance like the fuel used by your car. Put the wrong type of gas in, and – if you’re lucky – you’ll just about splutter a few feet, for a few seconds. Eat the wrong foods and your sexual performance will be similarly impacted: you’ll conk out sooner and generally perform more poorly than if you were eating the best things, most of the time. Okay, the question’s been posed: What can you eat to boost your sexual prowess? And how can the foods you consume improve your ability to put in, time and time again, a powerful and multi-orgasmic sexual performance – for you and…

How to Achieve Eyesight Improvement   Research has shown that one of the most effective ways to achieve eyesight improvement is to dedicate time to carrying out the Bates Exercise Method. William Horatio Bates was a pioneering Ophthalmologist born in the United States. He was passionate about finding out as much as he could about vision correction. After years of research on thousands of people who suffered from eye problems, he discovered that wearing glasses actually makes your eyesight worse, rather than better! Of course this was a revolutionary statement and he attracted a lot of critics. Yet, he also gained lots of faithful patients. This was because those who carried out his exercises more often than not gained a remarkable improvement in their vision and were actually able to throw their glasses away. He also stressed the importance of diet and stated that many eye problems are actually caused by diet and vitamin deficiencies. In order to keep eyes healthy he advocated a regime of exercises and a well balanced diet. Up until this day people who faithfully follow the Bates exercises have been able to take responsibility for their own eye health, rather than relying on the prescriptions…

What Is Acid Reflux?
Blog / 11/23/2013

What Is Acid Reflux?   Acid reflux disease, also known as gastro-esophageal reflux disease, or GERD, occurs due to the coexistence of two medical conditions. The first acid reflux disease contributing condition is a retrograde flow of stomach contents into the esophagus. However, the reflux itself does not necessarily lead to gastro-esophageal reflux disease symptoms or histologic changes, and can occur among healthy individuals as well. In this case, the process is referred to as “physiologic gastroesophageal reflux”. The second acid reflux disease predisposing condition is a lower esophageal sphincter (LES) malfunction. The LES is a 3-cm to 4-cm ring of muscle, which is two to three times thicker than the proximal esophagus and acts as a valve between the esophagus and the stomach. In the case of acid reflux disease, the LES does not close perfectly and stomach contents splashes up into the esophagus. When pathologic symptoms follow this process, the whole condition is called acid reflux disease. Gastro-esophageal reflux disease is usually experienced as a persistent (at least twice a week) heartburn. Heartburn is the burning sensation in the chest or throat, caused by refluxed stomach contents touching the lining of the esophagus. Since healthy individuals may also…
