I’m Cumming too Quickly. Is the Problem All in My Head?

By Edward White

The mind is a powerful thing. It influences many of our actions and our thoughts consciously and subconsciously. That the mind also has to do with the problem of cumming too quickly is no surprise.

But is the problem all in your head? Not entirely. Majority of men simply don’t know any better. They don’t know what techniques to use in order to delay ejaculation. it’s not their fault. This stuff isn’t taught in school, after all.

Now, for all men, the problem starts in the head. If you know you have a problem with cumming too quickly, the tendency is to worry about it each time you initiate sex with your partner. I’m sure you can appreciate why this can make premature ejaculation worse. The more we worry about something happening, the more we help that undesirable outcome from coming true. The more often it happens, the more we think it’s inevitable.

Fortunately, compared to life’s other problems, premature ejaculation is fairly easy to get rid of. You just need to have the right mindset and the right skills and you can say good bye to it permanently. No need for any pills, creams or surgery.

When I talk about having the right mindset, I mean having an optimistic attitude when it comes to your sexual performance. Believing that you can last longer than your current performance is important. Thinking that your are experiencing a temporary set back instead of a permanent state will give you the proper encouragement to practice the techniques and see massive improvement in your sexual stamina.

One method I teach that channels the mind’s energy into something more productive than worrying about a negative outcome is the Stimulation Awareness Scale. This is a scale of 1 to 10 that a man uses from the time he initiates sex until the end of the sexual encounter. It is designed to help him gauge the level of arousal he is experiencing. 1 is not stimulated at all, and 10 is climaxing.

An awareness of his stimulation level will help him understand how quickly certain positions or certain maneuvers can affect him. It will also help him identify how far he is from ejaculating, and to be able to do something to bring down his arousal level before he reaches the point of no return. It is specially helpful when learning techniques designed to improve sexual stamina.

Edward White is an expert on teaching men how to completely overcome premature ejaculation. He is the author of the Prejaculation Manual, which guarantees instant and permanent results when it comes to lasting longer in bed. View more of his work by clicking the link below:
