Ejaculation Control Exercises You Can Do to Last Longer In Bed

This is a question I get asked frequently. Many men are open to doing exercises if these can help build their sexual stamina. Fortunately, there are things that you can do to build your ability to control the timing of your orgasm. Here are 2 exercises that you can try:
1. The Blast Technique
The blast technique aims to improve your ability to stop coming just as when your really, really aroused. In a scale of 1 to 10, this would be stopping when you reach an 8 or a 9.
When performing this technique, you need to be undisturbed for a few minutes. Some men choose to do it while taking a shower, which is great because this allows you to do this exercise regularly, which increases its efficacy.
Here’s what you do. Use whatever method you want to get yourself aroused very quickly. Put some lube in your hand and just jerk your penis fast and hard. Keep going at it so you rapidly come close to coming. Just as you feel yourself approaching the point of no return, stop jerking it and try to step back.
2. The Edging Technique
The edging technique is an exercise that trains your mind and your body to recognize when you should reduce stimulation and then build it up again. This kind of exercise will train you to extend your ability to have sex longer by controlling the level of stimulation that you expose yourself to.
All throughout this exercise, I want you to be mindful of the amount of stimulation that you feel. On a scale of 1 to 10, rate yourself every few seconds.
Here’s what you do. Use your preferred method to get yourself stimulated. When you feel that you have reached a 6 or a 7, stop and bring yourself back to a 3 or 4. Next, build your way up again on the stimulation scale, to a 7 or an 8, before stopping and bringing yourself back down.
When both of these exercises are done regularly, they can help you build your sexual stamina and ejaculation control.
